Urgent requirement: we are hiring a catering cook in Newberry County, South Carolina. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. The role involves taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Full-time, day shift.
