Now hiring: we are hiring a sheet metal roofer in Pike County, Ohio. You will work at a roofing and cladding contractor. On a typical shift you will install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights; fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits; hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater; lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing. What we are looking for: • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
