Day-to-day duties: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter 3+ years on the tools preferred. $120 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
