AC mechanic • Montgomery County, Texas

Great opportunity: we are hiring an AC mechanic in Montgomery County, Texas. You will be based at an HVAC contractor's workshop. The role involves check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge; mount indoor and outdoor split units on wall brackets and level them; evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum; cut, flare and bend copper pipe for the liquid and suction lines; recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit; insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving. Ideal candidate: • ITI in refrigeration and air conditioning an advantage • Able to handle refrigerant safely and aware of F-Gas rules • Presentable and polite with customers on site Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
