What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Accurate at weighing and following recipes On a typical shift you will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. ₦160,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
