Bakery assistant • Hart County, Kentucky

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Hart County, Kentucky. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. The role involves: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
