Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dishwasher in San Miguel County, Colorado. You will be based at a banquet hall. Day to day you will top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
