Now hiring: we are hiring a roof repair specialist in Richland County, Montana. You will be based on residential new-build sites. Day-to-day duties: • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Insulate and ventilate the roof void • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing Ideal candidate: • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience Rotating shifts.
