Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Humphreys County

Join our team: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Humphreys County, Tennessee. The job is at a cloud kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service What we are looking for: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Six days a week, one day off.
