Great opportunity: punch press operator (Virginia)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a punch press operator in Stafford County, Virginia. The job is at a busy press shop. Requirements: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes Day-to-day duties: • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts Pay around $3,300 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
