Vacancy available: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Jones County, Iowa. You will be based on a busy high-rise construction site. Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level The role involves de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
