Tandoor cook — Grafton County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Grafton County, New Hampshire. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Day to day you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
