Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Somerset County, Pennsylvania. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Day-to-day duties: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse 4+ years on the tools preferred.
