Now hiring: we are hiring a bodyshop painter in Dodge County, Nebraska. You will work in a car refinishing workshop. Requirements: • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Good eye for colour matching and blending • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing On a typical shift you will apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
