We are recruiting: we are hiring a FMCG sales rep in Pottawattamie County, Iowa. The job is on a field sales route. What we are looking for: • Minimum 1 year of field or retail sales experience • Knowledge of the local language and market • Strong spoken communication and persuasion skills Day to day you will handle returns, exchanges and customer complaints; meet daily and monthly sales targets; restock shelves and arrange the product display; punch orders into the billing/POS system; pitch products door to door along the assigned beat; greet walk-in customers and find out what they need.
