You should have: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep Day-to-day duties: • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
