We are recruiting: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Pennington County, South Dakota. On a typical shift you will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room. You should have: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
