Now hiring: we are hiring a counter butcher in Hardeman County, Tennessee. You will work at a wholesale meat market. You will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts.
