Canteen cook — Cleveland County

Now hiring: we are hiring a canteen cook in Cleveland County, Oklahoma. The job is in a hotel kitchen. What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen On a typical shift you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. We offer $2,900 per month plus benefits. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
