Stainless steel welder wanted in Burke County

Now hiring: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Burke County, North Dakota. You will be based at an automotive body and exhaust shop. What we are looking for: • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work Day-to-day duties: • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $25 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
