We are recruiting: D6/D8 dozer operator (Kentucky)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a D6/D8 dozer operator in Crittenden County, Kentucky. You will be based on a quarry floor. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine Day-to-day duties: • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $2,500 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
