Urgent requirement: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Iowa County, Wisconsin. On a typical shift you will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date. You should have: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
