Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter On the job you will handle: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Season and marinate meat on request We offer $27 per hour plus benefits.
