Now hiring: CO2 welder (Pennsylvania)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Somerset County, Pennsylvania. The job is at an automobile body shop. You should have: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings Day to day you will control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. $20 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
