Immediate opening: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Covington County, Mississippi. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. The role involves: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate We offer $2,800 per month plus benefits.
