We are recruiting: we are hiring a manufacturing operative in Sherman County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for a full 8 to 12 hour shift • Keen eye for detail on quality checks • Able to lift up to 25 kg repeatedly You will stack finished cartons onto pallets and shrink-wrap them; change over tooling and settings between product runs; weigh, measure and label raw materials before each batch; move work-in-progress between stations on a hand trolley; report machine faults and stoppages to the line supervisor; pack finished goods into cartons and seal them. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Contact us to fix an interview.
