Great opportunity: we are hiring an aluminium TIG welder in Portage County, Wisconsin. You should have: • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces The role involves: • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
