Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) The role involves empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service.
