Requirements: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand Day to day you will mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint.
