Great opportunity: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Martin County, Texas. Day to day you will apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $190 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
