Great opportunity: we are hiring a construction helper in Haywood County, North Carolina. What we are looking for: • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites The role involves stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage; set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site.
