Pipe TIG welder wanted in Lake County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a pipe TIG welder in Lake County, Oregon. You will be based in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. On the job you will handle: • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush What we are looking for: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Able to pass a weld test on the spot At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
