Requirements: • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times The role involves backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
