Kitchen porter wanted in Zaria

Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Zaria, Kaduna State. You will work at a banquet hall. On the job you will handle: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. ₦1,450 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
