Domestic gas engineer — Wilson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a domestic gas engineer in Wilson County, Kansas. You will work in a gas distribution network. Requirements: • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing Your main tasks: • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. We offer $29 per hour plus benefits. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
