Great opportunity: we are hiring a sausage maker in Irepodun/Ifelodun, Ekiti State. You will work at a wholesale meat market. Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required You will sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools.
