Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Clarke County, Iowa. You will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Part-time with flexible hours.
