You should have: • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels Your main tasks: • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
