Urgent requirement: steward (Wyoming)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a steward in Natrona County, Wyoming. You will work in a hotel kitchen. You should have: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards On a typical shift you will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. 3+ years on the tools preferred. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
