Earthmoving equipment operator — Borough of Halton

Vacancy available: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Borough of Halton, England. You will work at a drainage and utilities contractor. Your main tasks: • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains Requirements: • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence Full-time, day shift.
