Urgent requirement: bakery assistant (Missouri)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Moniteau County, Missouri. Day-to-day duties: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
