We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coater in Yellowstone County, Montana. The job is on an industrial coating line. You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Willing to work shifts and overtime You will stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $2,900 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
