Vacancy available: we are hiring a digger driver in Coffee County, Alabama. The job is in an open-cast quarry. On the job you will handle: • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds What we are looking for: • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones 1+ years on the tools preferred.
