Requirements: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage On a typical shift you will pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
