Vacancy available: we are hiring a scaffolding charge hand in Madison County, Mississippi. The job is on an industrial refinery shutdown. Requirements: • Awareness of TG20 and SG4 safe working practice • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang The role involves: • Inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use • Fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid • Erect debris netting, sheeting and brick guards • Plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level • Handle, sort and stack tubes and fittings for loading out Six days a week, one day off.
