You should have: • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout Day to day you will fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
