Head baker wanted in Butler County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a head baker in Butler County, Kentucky. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. You will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Basic cake decorating and piping skills 4+ years on the tools preferred.
