HVAC-R technician • Towner County, North Dakota

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a HVAC-R technician in Towner County, North Dakota. The job is at a food processing plant. The role involves check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge; braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch; check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil; recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system; measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter; replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves. You should have: • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
