PVC profile cutter — Alamance County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a PVC profile cutter in Alamance County, North Carolina. The job is in the profile cutting and welding bay. Day to day you will crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router; wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile; install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter. You should have: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop Six days a week, one day off. $10,750 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
