Gas service engineer • Del Norte County, California

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gas service engineer in Del Norte County, California. The role involves: • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints Requirements: • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Driving licence for travel between sites Full-time with occasional weekends.
